Realtime is the fastest feedback loop Prism offers. As you work in Claude Code, your prompts stream onto this page and each one is graded within seconds — so you can see how you’re prompting while you still remember what you meant, instead of reviewing it a day later. It shows your own work only.

Today’s summary

Four cards across the top track your day so far:

Prompt Score — today’s grade and 0–100 number, so you can watch it move as you work.
Activity — how many prompts and sessions you’ve run, and your average turns per session.
Tokens — today’s total, broken down into input, output, and cache.
Cost — today’s spend.

Two labels can show up on these cards. A token or cost total reads partial when some prompts’ usage data hasn’t fully arrived yet, so the figure is still filling in. The change chip reads no comparison when there’s no earlier period to measure today against — a first day, or a metric with nothing prior to compare.

The feed

Your day is broken into sub-sessions — each one a single goal you pursued inside a Claude Code session (a “goal arc”). The feed shows them in one of two views:

Cards — the sidebar lists today’s sessions; pick one and the panel shows that session’s work as sub-session cards. Each card is one sub-session, with its prompt-rubric chips (which habits its prompts hit or missed), elapsed time, tokens, and cost, and it expands to the full prompts and responses. Use it to study one session’s goals closely.
Timeline — one compact row per turn, grouped under each session, best for scanning a lot of activity quickly.

Filter the session list by time, score, or status to focus on what you’re after.

Task advisor — coaching in the moment

Open the Task advisor on any sub-session for a plain-language read of that piece of work: what you were trying to do, where the prompt fell short (with the evidence), what to try next time, and an example rewrite you can copy straight into your next prompt. It’s the same coaching your Report collects later — here you get it while the work is still fresh.

Popping it out

The pop out button opens a compact window that focuses on the Prompt Score and Tokens cards, with its own light/dark toggle — handy to keep on a second monitor while you code.
