Team Console — Reports
Reports is a weekly briefing for one team — the Team Weekly Report. It’s a fact-based summary of the week: what the team completed, how they used AI and finished their work, where cost went, and how the team’s numbers are trending. It covers one team at a time (there’s no all-teams view here) and is weekly (no day or month toggle). No individual grades or rankings appear — those stay in each user’s Daily Recap.
Choosing what to see
Section titled “Choosing what to see”- A User filter narrows the report to one member, or All users.
- The header shows the week (Week YYYY-Wnn), the data state, and when it was generated.
- Export from the toolbar: Markdown or PDF.
Summary
Section titled “Summary”The headline tiles at the top of the report, giving you the week at a glance: completed work (completed / eligible, with last week’s count), period cost, and the team Prompt score with its change versus the prior week. Together they answer, quickly: how much did we finish, how much did we spend, and how well did we do?
Completed work
Section titled “Completed work”What the team actually finished that week. It compares completed work by area, this week versus last, and lists the individual work items, so you can see whether completions clustered in one area and whether they rose or fell from the prior week.
Work usage and completion rate
Section titled “Work usage and completion rate”How the week’s work split by type and how much of each type completed. The Work share donut shows the mix by type, and Completion rate by work type shows how much of each got finished — so you can see what kind of work dominated, what the team finishes well, and where it tends to get stuck.
Usage and cost efficiency
Section titled “Usage and cost efficiency”Where the week’s cost and tokens went. Daily cost and token trends show the day-by-day shape, tokens by model and the daily model mix show which models ran when, and cost- and tokens-per-completed-item show what it took to ship one result — the lower that last figure, the more you got for the spend.
Team utilization and change
Section titled “Team utilization and change”How the team’s numbers move over time. The Team Prompt score trend over the last four weeks shows the direction of travel, and the Skill Index grade distribution shows how members cluster across grades. Reading four weeks rather than one lets you separate a blip from a real trend.
Metric definitions and methodology
Section titled “Metric definitions and methodology”A glossary of the terms in the report and how each number is calculated. It spells out exactly what values like completion rate or cost-per-completed-item mean and how they’re derived, so the figures read without ambiguity.
A banner states the report is for team-level review, and a disclosure line notes what it includes.
