Teams
Teams is the Settings tab where you organize members into teams. It’s visible only to an admin or owner on the Team plan.
What you see
Section titled “What you see”- A new team field — name a team and create it.
- A team list — each team shows its member count and a badge for your own role in it (Team Manager or Team Member). Select one to open its detail.
- Team detail — a header with the team’s member count, manager count, when it was created, and Your role, followed by the members and their roles (Team Manager / Team Member). From here you can add members, remove a member from the team, rename the team, and delete it.
How it differs from Users
Section titled “How it differs from Users”Users manages organization-wide membership and org roles (owner, admin, member). Teams groups those members into teams and sets their role within a team (Team Manager / Team Member). Org membership is “who’s in the organization”; team membership is “who’s on which team.”
What teams affect
Section titled “What teams affect”Team membership scopes the manager-facing views.
- A team’s Team Managers can open the Team Console for it (Overview, Performance, Usage & Cost, Reports).
- Every Team Console aggregate (performance, cost, reports) is computed over the team’s members.
- Someone on several teams is counted once across the aggregates.
