Team Console — Performance
Performance ranks the members of a team by Prompt Score and lets you drill into what each person worked on and which habits they’re missing. It works for a single team or across all your managed teams (members shared between teams are shown once, badged “in N teams”).
KPI row
Section titled “KPI row”Sums up the team’s current state: Prompt Score (with grade), Completion, Active (active / total members), and either the top task (single team) or the team count (all teams).
What got done this week
Section titled “What got done this week”Shows what the team worked on this period. The title follows the period — today, this week, or this month.
- Single team — an LLM daily summary, the areas edited (directory bars), a measured-fact grid (files, Retries, top task), and task-time bars.
- All teams — one work card per team.
What got produced
Section titled “What got produced”What the team shipped this period, in both scopes: net code change, commits, a code-change trend, and the most-edited languages.
Individual performance
Section titled “Individual performance”A leaderboard ranking members by Prompt Score. Columns are # · Grade · Member · Prompt Score plus a What went well / what to work on verdict; across all teams a Team column is added. The ranking is for manager reference only. Expand a row to see that member’s work summary, their Trend (Δ), and their Missing habits.
Charts
Section titled “Charts”Compare teams and trend: a team comparison (Prompt Score / Completion / Trend, when you manage 2+ teams) and a last-6-week Prompt Score trend.
When data is missing
Section titled “When data is missing”If some teams fail to load, a note tells you how many are missing rather than quietly showing a smaller total. The comparison chart needs at least two teams; with fewer, it shows a short note instead.
